How to install:
(1).When the vehicle is powered off, insert card.
(2).Turn your ignition on and click the Navi button.
(3).After entering the navigation menu, you wil be prompted to lock the SD card to your vehicle. Click "Yes".
(4).You are good to go!

    How long does shipping take?
    We aim to process orders within 24 hours. Shipping will depend on the relative location from our warehouse in CA:

    Domestic US: 3-6 days (FREE)

    Domestic US Express: 2-4 days ($12.99)

    INTERNATIONAL: Please note that we currently only ship to US Domestic.

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    The buyer is responsible for return postage.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us and allow us to confirm that we have a compatible exchange available.  We will then give you return instructions and send you the new card.

    Refunds
    Once we have confirmation your return is on it's way to us, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 5 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and for the amount to show on your account.

     

    Lost/damaged Packages

    If your order is lost in transit to you don't worry - every delivery is insured against non delivery/damage.  Simply file a claim on the following site: https://app.monkprotect.com/login/ and we'll give you the option to get a replacement sent out to you or initiate a refund.

    Return Process:

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@satnavworld.com to request a Return. Once your return has been approved, carefully package the item(s) and ship them back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    Refunds:

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 2 business days after we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  After we have processed the refund please note that card companies may take up to 5 working days to credit your account.

    Exchanges:

    If you would like to exchange an item for a card, please give as much info as possible when requesting a return. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition. 

    Damaged or Defective Items:

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details of the issue. We will assess the issue and provide instructions for returning the item for a replacement, exchange or refund.

    We only handle cases of damage or incorrect items within 30 days from the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

    Please give an extra 2 days on top of the expected shipping time, and check the tracking information if provided, before getting in contact. Please also double check the shipping address that you provided.

    Yes please! We process a large number of exchanges/refunds due to compatibility issues. We would prefer you to get in contact with us first or use the quiz, or both!

    Short answer is no.  When you install the card for the first time it will lock to that vehicle and will not be usable on any other.

    Simply insert the card and follow the on-screen instructions.  Nothing to download and no visit to the dealer required. Simple. We also email install tips with every order.

    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you.

    If your order has stopped working within 12 months of purchase please email us (support@maznavstore.com) and we will give you return instructions and send you a shiny new replacement card. If your purchase is outside of the 12 months please contact us and we may be able to give you a discount on a new card.
