Shipping policy

How long does shipping take?
We aim to process orders within 24 hours. Shipping will depend on the relative location from our warehouse in CA:

  • Domestic US: 3-6 days (FREE)
  • Domestic US Express: 2-4 days ($12.99)

Do you provide Tracking information?
Yes tracking numbers will be provided.

Where is my order confirmation?
Please check your email (including Junk or Spam folder) for an automated email confirmation of your order. If you cannot find it please get in contact.

How do i Cancel an order?
In order to ensure our orders are delivered in the shortest amount of time our fulfilment process is fully automated therefore it is not possible to cancel an order after purchasing.  If you no longer require the product, please get in contact and request return instructions for a refund.

Item not arrived?
Please give an extra 2 days on top of the expected shipping time, and check the tracking information if provided, before getting in contact. Please also double check the shipping address that you provided.

What if my order arrives faulty or damaged?
If the package or the product is delivered to you damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

Do you accept returns?
Yes! We accept customer returns within 30 days of purchase. Please get in contact to if you wish to return a product with a description of the return reason.
