Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from purhasing your item to request a return.

The buyer is responsible for return postage.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@maznavstore.com and we’ll send you the return address.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us and allow us to confirm that we have a compatible exchange available.  We will then give you return instructions and send you the new card.


Refunds
Once we have confirmation your return is on it's way to us, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 5 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and for the amount to show on your account.

 

Lost/damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit to you don't worry - every delivery is insured against non delivery/damage.  Simply contact us and we'll get a replacement sent out to you.  Please note that we cannot refund if we have carrier tracking showing succcessful delivery.
