Q: Do I need a screen to view the videos? A: Not at all! The screenless design keeps your dashboard clean and distraction-free. You can view, download, and manage all your videos instantly on your phone via the free AZDOME App using the camera's built-in Wi-Fi.

Q: How does the Loop Recording work? Will it delete my accident footage? A: Loop recording continuously overwrites the oldest files so your memory card never fills up. However, if the built-in G-Sensor detects an impact or crash, it locks that specific file instantly. Locked files are saved in a secure folder and will never be overwritten automatically.

Q: How do I enable the 24-Hour Parking Monitor feature? A: To use the 24-Hour Parking Monitor, the dash cam needs continuous power when the car is turned off. This requires an optional AZDOME Hardwire Kit (sold separately) to connect the camera directly to your vehicle's fuse box.

How long does shipping take?
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours, and expect delivery within 6 days (Tracking will be sent to you)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The buyer is responsible for return postage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us and allow us to confirm that we have a compatible exchange available.  We will then give you return instructions and send you the new card.

Refunds
Once we have confirmation your return is on it's way to us, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 5 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and for the amount to show on your account.

 

Lost/damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit to you don't worry - every delivery is insured against non delivery/damage.  Simply file a claim on the following site: https://app.monkprotect.com/login/ and we'll give you the option to get a replacement sent out to you or initiate a refund.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@satnavworld.com to request a Return. Once your return has been approved, carefully package the item(s) and ship them back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 2 business days after we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  After we have processed the refund please note that card companies may take up to 5 working days to credit your account.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a card, please give as much info as possible when requesting a return. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition. 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details of the issue. We will assess the issue and provide instructions for returning the item for a replacement, exchange or refund.

We only handle cases of damage or incorrect items within 30 days from the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

How long does shipping take?
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours, and expect delivery within 6 days (Tracking will be sent to you).

Yes!  An automated shipping notification will be sent to you including tracking number when your card is dispatched.

Please give an extra 2 days on top of the expected shipping time, and check the tracking information if provided, before getting in contact. Please also double check the shipping address that you provided.

If your order has stopped working within 12 months of purchase please email us (support@satnavworld) and we will give you return instructions and send you a shiny new replacement card. If your purchase is outside of the 12 months please contact us and we may be able to give you a discount on a new card.
